Delivery areas

We deliver to:

  • mainland UK and Northern Ireland addresses.
  • the Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands;

Delivery options and charges

Next day deliveries to the majority of UK addresses is £2.50. Deliveries to BFPO addresses are dispatched by Royal Mail.

Pay as you go SIM only orders will be delivered free by 2nd class Royal Mail.

Other orders will be delivered by courier and will require a signature on delivery.  If you are unavailable when the courier attempts to deliver they will leave a card with contact numbers and alternative delivery options. The courier will attempt to deliver your order again on the next working day, after which you will need to contact the courier to arrange a suitable time. If you do not contact them within 4 days your order will be returned to us.  We will attempt to contact you to re-arrange delivery but if we can’t do so, your order will be cancelled and we'll refund the cost of the items you purchased to your card  We reserve the right to retain any delivery charge in the event of failed delivery.


Delivery options

We reserve the right to change delivery prices without notice. You will always be informed of your delivery cost before purchase.

Next day delivery

For orders placed before 4pm we aim to deliver your order the next working day (except for weekends and bank holidays).

Orders placed after 4pm or on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be delivered within two working days.


Saturday delivery

Saturday delivery is only available to UK mainland addresses and some Northern Ireland post codes. We are unable to provide Saturday delivery to any other addresses including BPFO and Highlands and Islands.

Saturday delivery costs £11.95. We’re sorry but our Saturday delivery service cannot be cancelled once your order has been processed and shipped.

We’re sorry, but we can’t deliver on Sundays.


Next day delivery


Orders for next day delivery will be delivered Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm.

You must order before 4pm to receive your order the next working day.

Orders placed after 4pm will be delivered two working days later.

Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will also be delivered two working days later. For example, if an order is placed on a Sunday it will be delivered the following Tuesday.

We may occasionally offer promotional discounts on this delivery service for orders over a specified threshold.

Courier delivery on a date convenient for you (Monday to Friday). 

Saturday delivery


Saturday deliveries are 7am to 12pm or between 7am to 7pm if morning delivery is not selected.

Sundays, public holidays


Please note we do not deliver on public holidays or Sundays. 


We do all we can to deliver in the timescale you've selected. Delays occasionally happen, despite our best efforts. We're sorry but we can't accept liability for any delay or for not delivering the items within the suggested delivery time.

Your delivery may be delayed if

  • we need to investigate your order if we suspect fraud.  If this happens, we will let you know;
  • there’s no-one available to sign for your delivery;
  • we are temporarily out of stock of your chosen product;

In most circumstances we will contact you to let you know if your order is delayed.


Tracking my order

A tracking link will be sent to you in your order dispatch email if the order is being delivered by courier. This is not available for any order delivered by Royal Mail (for example SIMs). You will also be able to see a tracking link online if you access your orders via My phone account.


Receiving your delivery

For security reasons, some items can only be delivered to your billing address.  Most other items can be sent to a home or business address. 

Items you ordered together will be sent to one address only, which can be a home or business address.

If you'd like to have items sent to separate addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

If you've ordered a Nectar card from us where ever possible we will include it with your order. If we're unable to do so, it may be sent to you separately. Don't forget to register your new Nectar card at Nectar.com before use.

We may send out items from different locations so they may arrive separately.

The courier will make 2 attempts to deliver your order before it is returned to the warehouse

If you aren't in for a scheduled delivery we reserve the right to charge you for storage, re-delivery or both.

Who can sign for my delivery?

If your order is delivered by courier someone over the age of 18 must be available to sign for it.  Deliveries of SIM only orders (delivered by Royal Mail) do not need to be signed for. 


Can I change my delivery address?

We’re sorry but we can’t change your delivery address after you’ve placed your order. 


Cancelling my order or changing it before delivery

We’ll send you an email when your order has been dispatched.  If you want to cancel your order before dispatch please do so by viewing your order in your My phone account and clicking the Cancel order button.

If your order has already been dispatched, see our Returns Policy for further information on how to return your order as we are unable to cancel the order at this point.
