Returns & refunds

Our mobile phones have a one year manufacturer's warranty.

You can return your mobile within 14 days as sold, for any reason for a no quibble refund or exchange.

If your mobile develops a fault within the first 30 days you can return it for a full refund or exchange.

After the first 30 days your mobile phone will be repaired using the accredited Sainsbury's mobile phone repair centre, providing the fault is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Please remember to keep your receipt and if you need to return your mobile phone after consulting the helpline, please bring all accessories, components and manuals back with it.

Mobiles bought with a contract are excluded from the policy.
